Ignatius Ajuru University of Education CCE Hosts 5th International Conference on Education and National Development in Africa
The Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE), Port Harcourt, proudly announces its 5th International Conference with the theme:
“Education and National Development in Africa: The Role of Continuing Education in the 21st Century.”
📅 Date: Monday 6th – Tuesday 7th October, 2025
🕘 Time: 9:00AM daily
📍 Venue: Main Hall, Saint John’s Campus, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Aba Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
This conference will bring together scholars, researchers, policymakers, and students to explore the transformative role of education in fostering socio-economic development across Africa. With rich sub-themes spanning science, technology, humanities, entrepreneurship, governance, and artificial intelligence, the event promises to be a hub of knowledge exchange and innovation.
Participants are invited to submit abstracts (maximum of 250 words) by 20th September 2025 to cceiauoeconference@gmail.com. Full papers (not more than 15 pages, APA 7th edition) should be presented in five copies at the conference.
Outstanding papers will be peer-reviewed and published in the IAUE Journal of Universal Research (January 2026 edition).
